Which paid apps are you hoping for?

So the App Catalog is due for an influx of new applications any day now. Palm promised e-commerce in mid September but it looks like they are running a little late. I think we are giving them a by since they gave us 1.2 and 1.2.1 last week. Let us hope that these apps come out sometime this week.
There is no telling what exactly Palm has in store for us when these apps start pouring in but we are curious what you think. Which apps are you looking forward to? Which apps are most important to you from your previous devices? Me personally? I am looking forward to Twee, Tweed 1.0, and Docs2Go. What about you?

I want a good stopwatch. LOL And I want a Voice recording app or a VNC Client. Oh also I would really like to have a podcast app. Dr.podder homebrew is awesome. Seriously would dig to have that too!
I would love a facbook app and maybe another Twitter app. Also some better games.....
I just want options although a good news feed app or Shazam would be pretty neat
touchgrind
Better puzzle games.
Twitter/Facebook app combo
Remote Desktop app supporting RDP 6.1 authentication
VNC alternative if must have w/ SSH tunneling
better mail app (or one to run w/ the current one that is specfically for gmail, and handling multiple gmail accounts including hosted ones)
I just want something.. anything.. :-/
I want voice recording tools, voice memo apps, and a t-pain auto tune app like iphone does.
haha I want jus anything also! But I'll take a facebook app a myspace app and some good voice recorders. And a new more fully featured music app.
We need more restaurant apps.
All of the above ... and I co-sign a better Facebook app too. Something to change the notification sounds. Photo Editing maybe???
Docs to Go, a better music app. Remix is nice but a little quirky.
How about a bebot remake?!
Docs2Go, Kindle Reader and voice recording. Also some sort of Elite clone like Void would be awesome.
Although I don't really want a 3rd party email app, Palm still has a ways to go on the built-in one. For instance, it needs the ability to compose plain text email or select multiples for action. Hopefully that's coming soon as well.
I would say tweetdeck, tweetie, a facebook app, banking apps, shazzam, ffffound app, photo-editing apps, video recording, and any kind of musical synthesizer-type app (I'm pretty sure the iphone has some).
Hoping beyond hope for SlingPlayer.
All of the above as well!
Nothing from Homebrew. I only care about new stuff. and no tip calculators, bibles, food crap, yelp clones, any kind of doc reader. Maybe that cnn app like they have for ipod. a good facebook app would be nice. well no cause i'm not paying for it since i dont' use it enough to justify paying for it. Fifa but we won't see it cause the games suck. barcode price reader. espn radio
I'd like an ebay & paypal app (free)
I don't give Palm a pass on this. The 1.2 update was necessary for paid apps, it's not like 1.2 was a bonus update that Palm threw out there. Besides, the bulk of the new 1.2 features should have been included in the 1.0 update (if not when the Pre rolled out) The 1.2.1 release was only necessary because of poor QA by Palm.
The positive spin I can see is that, perhaps, the delay in paid apps is the due to the fact that Palm was overwhelmed by the number of apps submitted (which was reported a few weeks ago) and is still working through the backlog.
The slow rate that the app catalog has developed concerns me (much slower than both the iPhone and Android markets) Though I love webOS, if the App Catalog does not have paid apps by Oct 11th, I'll have to take a serious look at the HTC Hero.
I'n hoping that paid apps do hit the App Catalog this week and that Twee, Documents To Go, and some kind of sports score reporting app (like SportsTap for iPhone and Android) are available.
i would like skype and myspace app
I want Documents2Go. However, my Pre is already full to the top and I must delete something any time I want a new application. I wanted to try Survivor and cannot install it because I get a message telling me I must delete applications before I can install it! My Pre appears to have 5GB available space, so really don't understand this one. I have deleted 3 applications and still get the message. So, decided Survivor isn't worth it. If this is a continuing issue, I suspect Palm will not have many applications sales. We need more memory and or a card slot in the Pre to make it a strong viable product. I purchased a Blackberry for my wife rather than a Pre because of this issue. It has a card slot.
Slingbox Player, slingbox player and oh yeah slingbox player :)
Wow do I agree with RogerATM - what good is getting new apps available if the pre won't let me download any. I have 7GB free and I couldn't download the survivor app either. This is a major FAIL. Palm seriously needs to fix this problem. There's many apps I want, but I really don't want to continue deleting others to get them.
I am sick and fucking tired of this stupid ass phone to update ! Palm always pushes there dates back every other month and I'm sick of waiting. All this should have been done before the pre came out ! For gods sake we can't even forward a message . And now we are waiting for some expensive/shitty apps to hit the palm pre. This phone needs a big upgrade not a update ! They have us sitting here waiting an waiting for fucking apps and a billion other upgrades on this app and I'm sick of this shit. Just do it already and stop pushing back dates. This is bullshit !
I would like docs to go, epocrates, handbase, a voice memo, and something like agendus that ties together calendar, contacts, to do's and tasks into one seamless app. And a financial app like quicken or splashmoney
I agree with meer ! ^^^^^
I want a on screen keyboard and forward messaging.
have to agree with meer, his phone is way to slow to update and has nothign I'm ready to get rid of this junk
I want Slingbox and Kinoma...the best Palm OS apps ever!!!!!!
slow updaters:
update through wifi. it takes minutes
I want a App for my HP MediaSmart and a Amazon Video rental App would be nice too
Docs2Go, NetFlix Video Player,Kindle Reader, Multiplayer/device games
Functional, FAST, integrated calandar/to do/memo program with alarms that can be set at ANY increment in advance and with a VARIETY of alarm tones and volumes. In other words, get a Centro and do that but even a little better. The Pre was a HUGE step backwards.
Yes to those above. I too want TweetDeck, a decent facebook ap, and the iPhone's CNN ap. If AT&T had coverage in my area I would have returned my Pre the first week even though I have been with Palm since the first Pilot. I love the multi-ap capability of the Pre but I am so very unhappy with most of the aps that it doesn't do me all that much good. How could Palm have known what they were doing in calendar and contact aps for the last ten years and then completely forgotten ALL of that when they launched the Pre. And to all of you with slow update problems - kill off Yahoo completely. Switch to Mark/Space. It has a few more features, though still not nearly enough, but is MUCH faster.
I'd really like to get my voice memo back on the Pre. Had it with the centro and really miss it!!!!
An auto hang-up or minute beep application would be really nice!
it would be awsome to have an app that you could sync with other phone numbers ota for a better appointment calendar exchange or lists that update like BB's Honeydew or a app like viigo rss feed...
or an update from palm to be able to send invites from calendar so that other people with pre's or alike can accept it and have it put into there calendar automatically instead of having to go through google to do it.
Shazam and a *real* flexible notification function for different event alarms.

For the Pre. Please!!!!
