Palm Pixi running webOS 1.3.1 on Video

Just days before the Pixi launch, WireFly leaked an unboxing and Hands-on video of the Pixi. Now another YouTube users by the name of stayfly2407 has posted a video with the Pixi running webOs 1.3.1, which was seeded to Devs not long ago. Although the video does not show any of the new features 1.3.1 may bring to the table, there's definitely a speed boost as shown in the unboxing video as well. The question is, will a new webOS update be available to us Pre users before the Palm Pixi Release?

looks much slower. It took my pre a much shorter time to open the camera and the website
