webOS 1.3 available in Europe By End Of November

According to PalmInfoCenter, they have confirmation from O2 UK that webOS 1.3 is due to be released in Europe by the end of this month. That means GSM Pre owners can finally say good bye and dump its less features, sluggish webOS 1.1.3 and join the rest of the Pre Users in North America with a speedier webOS.

Hi everyone,
Just to update you re: webos 1.3 in Europe. I have been in touch with O2 just this afternoon, and it seems they are denying any knowledge, sating it is in fact Palms responsibility.
"Christopher, I'm sorry but currently we don't have an exact date when the Palm Pre WebOS 1.3 update will be available on O2 network. Let me assure you that we'll roll out the latest WebOS updates as soon as it is released by Palm Pre in Europe."
