Two Potential Release Dates for the Palm Pre

According to Phonenews, an internal memo similar to the one we got earlier, Sprint has placed a vacation blackout on the month of May for all front-end employes and has begun training on the Palm Pre to prepare for Pre's launch. 

If all things goes well, the current targeted date is May 17th. However, if production number doesn't meet the demand for the Pre, they will postpone it all the way back to June 29th, which can be a double-edged sword for both Palm and Sprint. The dates do look credible, as both lands on a Sunday like most Sprint product launch dates.
