Another Palm Pre in the Caught in the Wild!

I know there are many hungry Pre fans seeking out the latest information on the Palm Pre. Well, we ran across this photo of the Pre waiting at the airport nicely sitting on top of a ticket (which we blurred out to protect the identity of the individual). Mental note to people taking photos of ANY phone in the wild: Make sure that their name has been blurred out before you put this information on the Interwebs or sending them via email.

I am really excited about this device! It's so great to see them in the wild. It makes the hype feel more real for me personally.

Poor lamond. This is not the Palm of old. You must own an iphone. If you don't like Palm why are you on a Pre site checking updates?
Too bad Hessey says there will be major shortages of the Pre at launch........and the new iPhone is set to be announced two days after the pre. Bet there won't be a shortage of iPhones at launch. Especially if the new iPhone switches to Sprint/Verizon like rumored, I'm sorry but if that happens Pre = Fail. And this most likely will have nothing to do with bad hardware, and I'll admit the iPhone has it's flaws, its not perfect. its just that Apple is known as a Designer name and everyone with want one.. Face it Even Bill Gate's wife said she wanted an iPhone.
Allthough I must say, I give props to Palm for picking a decent carrier unlike Apple picking ATT where you have less bars in more places.
This sucks...I have to wait for my contract to expire in September...!!!

It doesn't take a genius to understand that companies create artificial shortages and make comments like Hesse did. It's called smart marketing, of course you're too much of a "genius" to understand that. ;-)

No I'm not, I just know that while palm has its "artificial shortages" Apple will be selling iPhones right and left.
It may be smart marketing for Palm, but Apple doesn't need it. Like I said earlier Apple is a designer name everyone wants. It sells itself.
Back in the days of the "Brick" Rumor. Apple in theory could have released a brick with a silver shiny Apple on it. and no doubt, people would buy it.
Well maybe in fact it does not say Palm but it's being read upside-down. It might just in fact be a Wled. A phone that looks like the pre but is instead a cheap middle eastern knockoff. Yeah. I bet that's what it is...
