No problem Phil! I just ordered mine!
I don't get my upgrade until next July 1st, but they let me renew my contract early. So if you are in this situation, it may work for you too. They told me it should come in 5-7 business days

by "next July 1st" I meant "next week, on July 1st"

Yup, I have the same message. I contacted Sprint and they told me that the backorder status means you'll get it in 5-7 business days
