It was only less than 2 months ago when Amazon started selling the Palm Pre, and with the recent price drop to $99, the Palm Pre has quickly rise to become the #1 Bestseller mobile phone on Amazon.com. Being the awesome Phone the Pre is, this didn't come as a surprise. Not only on Amazon, the Pre has also became the #1 Bestseller at BestBuy Mobile as well. This clearly reflects that Palm Pre Sales are doing great.

'The Shack' to sell the Palm Pre at $149 this Weekend (New Customers Only)

 

By now you have probably heard of RadioShack rebranding itself as "The Shack". And to kick things off, they're selling the Palm Pre for $149+Tax (Doesn't sound as good as $99) to New Customers of Sprint, this weekend only (August 7-9). Sprint has ramped up selling of the Palm Pre across online retailers, evident by Amazon.com, LetsTalk, and probably many others. Just more ways for people to nab a Palm Pre. Sprint employees saw this coming because they had a memo sent to them detailing exactly what's happening:
