The catch is you're still required to be chained up to Bell for a whooping 3 years. Or $99 for 2 Years, $199 for a single year or Unlocked for $349. Maybe Sprint should do the same...

And the more times I watch the video, the more I wonder why Palm/Sprint is not adapting these kind of Ads here in the U.S, and dumping the creepy ads all together. Bradley, the Bell Pre guy, demonstrates many of the cool features of the phone to what I can see, 'real' random people. And those people seem to genuinely like the phone.

It's official for the Canadians, Bell just released a Press Release stating the release date for Canada to be August 27 (A Thursday), and will be priced at $199 with a 3-year contract or $599 if you go off-contract with a minimum 500 MB data plan. You can pre-order now from Bell.
