WebOS 1.1.3's life has finally come to an end. On O2 in Europe WebOS 1.3.1 is now available. The full feature list between 1.2.0 to 1.3.1 is pretty huge so take a gander at the list. We have also put out a list of WebOS 1.3.1 hidden features here. WebOS has come quite a ways in the last five months so enjoy Europe!

We are going to compile a nice clean list of all the new hidden features that are undocumented in WebOS 1.3.1. If you find anything let us know in comments and we will add it to the list. WebOS 1.3.1 has finally hit! We know it would be soon but we didn't know it would be this soon. We know you are excited so get to downloading. Remember you need atleast 30% battery. It is fastest if you are connected to WiFi. OKay so we know you've been waiting here it is.
The picture to the right is wrong. The update version is actually 1.3.1 but we wanted to throw back to our original rumors. ^^

The wait is not quite over for Pre users. According to Precentral the Pixi will arrive with 1.2.9 and update immediately and Palm is still working with Sprint to get 1.3.1 out as soon as possible which means sometime after the Pixi launch. This is terrible news but with the partial changelog unveiled by Precentral it is worth the wait.

So we here at PreThinking have been speculating the almost inevitable update that everyone is expecting to hit either on the day of or prior to the Pixi launch. We weren't sure if we were going to be getting a .01 or .1 update until now. Today we have confirmation that 1.3.0 or 1.3.1 is definitely on the way and the update should be made available by Palm in the next few weeks. Developers are getting access to 1.3.1 SDK for beta testing with their apps for compatibility and any other issue that may arise in the update. We cannot give confirmation on changes or when the update will hit exactly but, we have something coming and we are hoping it is big. The questions now are if this will be released outside the U.S. if Palm will fix iTunes sync, and if update parity is on the horizon?
